Remember the FTC Tower that we featured sometime in December of 2009? Well, the building is set to start its operation in the middle of this year. There have been some minor changes in its architectural design however it is still a good project to watch out for. Here’s the new design:

* 24/7 access to the building
* Generator Set Services
* Fully sprinklered building
* Smoke Detector
* Coffee Shop in 7th Floor
* Within walking distance to Davao Doctors Hospital, Limso, JS Gaisano
* Accessible to both private and public transportation
