Buto’t Balat Native Dishes and Seafood Restaurant in Iloilo

Buto’t Balat caters to people from all walks of life. The ambience is a reminiscent of simple farm life, where native interiors, adequate lighting and a combination of Native Filipino and Western wide-spaced, open-air resto. The waiters are friendly and approachable.

The menu consists of traditional Cuisine and other specialties of pork, beef, chicken or seafood. But the best thing in this place is their very reasonably priced Talaba. These are broiled Shells that are a bit exotic-tasting but really good when paired with spicy vinegar.
