It’s been quite a while since my last post, I apologize because I’ve been tied up with the day-to-day operations of my everyday life. These past 3 weeks had rather been a busy one for me. No matter how I wanted to do a post or two for each day I can’t seem to take the action.
2011 is my year; I can now feel it’s real. New Year celebration have never been better compared to last year, since I was surrounded by my loved ones. I spent my New Year in our province. Great food. Fireworks. It was undeniably fun!

I just responded to WordPress new update. The upgrade was soooo easy, it boomed me for a one click! Gad WordPress 3.3 looks a lot great! Cool!
Well in the backend, this blog is now new and shiny. There were a lot of new things on the current release of WordPress. Most of the them are roughly improving the past release. Making everything customizable, appealing, and anything you can think of making a blog easier to use.
New features:
Easier Uploading – Instead of needing to click on a specific upload icon based on your file type, now there’s just one.
Dashboard Design – Speed...
Remittances from Filipinos working overseas are at an all-time high. And no, it’s not just because they’re sending back US dollars, Saudi Riyals, Euros or Japanese Yen; but because our modern-day heroes are sending back what’s known as social remittances.

Stars fled the skies! I see them on the streets, on the walls and on every window of every Christian household. The kids are cheering for it is the season of giving. Their hearts are warm in anticipation and I for one have become childlike these past few weeks.
I have wished for one of those stars to spruce up our own home with the sheer delight that is Christmas! Even as a simple 50-peso lantern, that star could bring back what I felt as a ten year old listening to carollers at the front porch while my mother prepares the ham and cheese for noche buena.
And so I’m glad to have...
It’s voting time for the 2011 Philippine Blog Awards 2011 Bloggers’ Choice Award. Unlike traditional awards in-which the votes come from a handful of judges, this one requires popular votes from the blogging community.
This year, a Davao-based and a good friend of mine blog is nominated.
Pinoy Teens owned by Georg Kevin Paquet and his team is the Philippine’s premier youth blog.
Kevin is nominated for different categories in this year’s Philippine Blog Awards. Evidently, there’s a truth in the rumor that he is one of the most noticeable bloggers in the Philippines.
