If you’re reading this, maybe it’s because you can’t find anything to do. It seems that less and less people pass their time by listening to music, despite studies that prove how music can stimulate the mind and lower blood pressure. In addition to these health benefits, music also makes you feel much better.

Last weekend, I really enjoyed a 2-day and a night of fun and bonding with my 123Employee Aussie teammates and new friends at Camp Holiday Resort, Island Garden City of Samal.
The team actually planned the get together with 123employee co-agents/ welcome party for new Australian account agents/ my farewell/ Martin’s post birthday celebration and team building for one month and it has finally come and I bet not everybody got excited for that long awaited break. From 25, only 7 attended. Disgusting!

I finally got back here in Iloilo from my trip to the quiet, beautiful island of Guimaras; Isla Miguel and the amazing crocodile island.
I’ve never been to Guimaras till then, but because much has been written about it as as one of the country’s emerging top tourist destinations, I’ve heard enough about it to be familiar with what to do in the island in a span of two days.

It’s the 5th week of Pilipinas Got Talent Season 3 Semi-Finals and another batch of 6 semi-finalists took the stage tonight, October 8, 2011, to compete for 2 slots in the grand finals.
Who do you think would own those 2 slots in the finals?
